By far the most used document in the Biosolutions office is the Microbiological Sample Submission form. They process numerous samples per day submitted using this form. We redesigned the form to improve user experience and ensure accurate data collection. We also created a fillable PDF for digital use to further improve customer experience and data accuracy.
